The teaching is based around balance and lightness. Classes take place over the course of a morning. During each session, the chef de cuisine Marco Bassi will help you to select the best ingredients, teach you the various cooking techniques, and create top gourmet dishes in front of you and with you. When you return home, you will be able to make them effortlessly, using the detailed recipes provided to you. |
