Day 1

Swimming pool Session (45 min)

"Rolling" Massage (50 min)

Optional walk on the “du Bisse” falls.

Treatments at the Spa : Specific BIO TECHNICAL REPAIR HORMETA face treatment (60 min minimum)

Make-up removal
HORMETA soft make-up removal milk and Tonic facial waters provide full cleaning of the face, neck and the neckline. Free from its impurities, your skin can breathe again.

Gommage
Gommage deep cleanses the face, freeing the skin from dead cells. Modelling is done with HORMETA oxygen mobilising massage cream. Your skin is transformed by the action of its natural fatty acids and its glycoproteins.

Day 2

Fitness training with personal trainer. (60 min)

Plantar Massage (40 min)
Fingers and thumbs are used to exert pressure on the stimulation points of the feet that act on different parts of the body by reflex action. This treatment is used to improve blood circulation.
The plantar massage ends with the application of a HORMETA foot cream with plants and essential oils.

- Plant extratcs accelerate the natural regeneration process, avoiding the formation of calluses.
- Essential oils delicately perfume, while relaxing the tired feet.

Optional visit to “Hameau de Verbier” and its museum.

Slimming body care: HORMETA BTF Modelling process (30 min)

An exclusive slimming treatment that activates the elimination of existing fatty pockets and prevents storage of new fats.

Day 3

Aquagym Session in the pool (50 min)

Rejuvenating treatment with the HORMETA BIO TECHNICAL REPAIR method.

The BRT Mask includes marine algae and ultra-concentrated factors suited to your skin type.

Optional Walk in the mountains to search for Chanterelles and Bilberries.

Lymph Draining (50 min)
Soft, slow massage at a pace that helps regeneration of the body cells.
