Relax by the side of the Pool.
"Vitality" Massage given with HORMETA sporting massage cream. Its natural essences of rosemary, lavender, juniper and lemon help to revitalise your body. This energizing massage uses several friction and stretching techniques. Long movements are made to start circulation, remove tension and to make the muscles and movements more flexible.
Optional Walk to see the "Saint Christophe" Chapel.

Make up removal

Gommage deep cleanses the face, freeing the skin from dead cells.
Collagen Mask & MPC HORMETA
Through the action of this highly rejuvenating mask, the skin becomes more hydrated, softer and more firm. The tissues are restructured and firmed-up, wrinkles and lines are smoothened. the application of the HORMETA cream with active marine collagen completes the care by giving more softness and firmness for a long time. To enrich the cream some drops of the precious HORMETA oil will be added. A combination of vegetable oils and extremely pure essences, "L’OR VERT” gives the skin immediate and intense nutrition.
Day 2
Personal training (45 min)
A Massage that energises the body using HORMETA vitamin-based oil (55 min).
Optional Walking with Nordic walking poles on our mountain trails.

The treatment ends with the application of a HORMETA cream suited to the skin type.
